All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist and are protected under applicable copyright laws. The purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only and does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

Any form of reproduction, duplication, distribution, digital use, or commercial exploitation of the artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the artist or copyright holder. This includes but is not limited to printing, scanning, photographing for commercial purposes, merchandising, advertising, or resale of reproduced images.

Additionally, artworks may not be used for public display, promotional materials, digital platforms, or commercial projects intended for profit without explicit authorization.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any artwork may result in legal action in accordance with intellectual property and copyright laws.
